Red Ribbon Week

The nation's largest and longest-running drug-use prevention campaign.

Red Ribbon Week was born in 1980 out of a group of concerned and determined parents who were convinced they should begin to play a leadership role in drug prevention. They established the National Federation of Parents for Drug Free Youth, which is known as National Family Partnership today.
